"Firstly we want to reassure customers that all customer funds are safeguarded by Monavate, and we apologise for the inconvenience they have experienced.

Our third-party banking app technology provider, Manigo, went into administration without warning. Since such time, we have been working hard to get the programme up and running, whilst reassuring customers that their money is safe. We hope to have services fully operational soon.

In the meantime, any customer wishing to withdraw funds can do so by contacting their card issuer and e-money issuer Monavate at info@monavate.com and they will be happy to process an immediate refund."
