TUI - September 2024

We contacted Tui and it said it would like to apologise to customers who were impacted by a water supply shortage while staying at the Sol Dunas Hotel. Unfortunately, the water supplier for this hotel had a malfunction meaning some areas of the hotel were impacted.

It said ists teams were aware of the issue and the hotel worked hard to secure water from different suppliers and neighbouring hotels.

It said it understands how frustrating this would have been for customers during their holiday, and that it would like to thank them for their patience and understanding.
