  1. 'Massive uphill task'published at 16:14 British Summer Time 6 April

    Coventry 2-0 Leeds

    Jon Newsome
Former Leeds defender on ±«Óãtv Radio Leeds

It's another poor goal to concede.

We had a set piece, and within nine seconds the ball is in the back of our OUR net.

This is a massive uphill task now.

    My, my, MY!

The home side double their lead against the promotion hopefuls, who are now staring down the barrel of a first league defeat this year.

Haji Wright doubles the Sky Blues' lead with a poked finish on the counter attack.

  3. Postpublished at 16:12 British Summer Time 6 April

    Coventry 1-0 Leeds

Leeds have made a change at the break as they look to turn this one around in the Midlands.

Connor Roberts is on in place of Glen Kamara.

  4. Postpublished at 16:12 British Summer Time 6 April

    Stoke 0-1 West Brom

An early chance for Stoke's Ryan Mmaee in the second half at the bet365 Stadium, but again, Alex Palmer saves.

Despite having many of the chances so far, Stoke remain a goal behind at home.

  6. League Two half-time headlinespublished at 16:01 British Summer Time 6 April

    • A mixed bag for the sides who started the day in the top three. Stockport lead 3-1 at Sutton thanks to a first-half Paddy Madden hat-trick, while Wrexham are all-square against Colchester.
    • It's not looking good for Mansfield, though, as Crawley are 2-0 up against Nigel Clough's men.
    • They've been replaced in the automatic spots in the live table by MK Dons, who lead Forest Green 1-0.
    • Fifth-place Barrow are behind at home to Swindon.
    • Bradford lead at home to Gillingham, while Notts County have the advantage against Harrogate, both of those are 1-0.
    • Grimsby's fight to avoid the drop is going well, they lead Newport by a goal at Blundell Park.
    • A double from Luke Molyneux has put Doncaster two goals to the good at Morecambe, and it's 1-1 between Tranmere and Walsall.
    • Elsewhere, no goals in the games between Accrington and Crewe, and Wimbledon and Salford.

  7. League One half-time headlinespublished at 16:00 British Summer Time 6 April

    • Portsmouth are on track to extend their lead at the top of League One to eight points, as they lead Shrewsbury 2-1
    • Carlisle are losing at Northampton, meaning they will be relegated as things stand
    • Charlton are denting Barnsley's slim hopes of automatic promotion as the Addicks lead 2-1 at The Valley
    • No goals so far between Bolton and Bristol Rovers, though Ian Evatt's side are set to move to within three points of the top two.
    • Oxford are currently sitting inside the play-off places, thanks to a 1-0 lead at Burton, who are now only above the drop zone on goal difference
    • Cheltenham's hopes of climbing out of the bottom four have suffered a blow as they are 2-0 down at Leyton Orient
    • Exeter and Blackpool are also leading

    HT: Cardiff 0-2 Hull

    Dafydd Pritchard
±«Óãtv Sport Wales at Cardiff City Stadium

If Erol Bulut doesn't end up getting a new contract at Cardiff, I think home form will be a big factor.

The manager's contract expires at the end of this season and, while he has stated that he is keen to stay, Bulut has yet to start talks about a new deal.

The overall improvement he's overseen this season is undoubted but Cardiff have tended to be better away from home.

Too many games at Cardiff City Stadium have been like this one: lifeless.

  9. HALF-TIMEpublished at 15:53 British Summer Time 6 April

    Coventry 1-0 Leeds

Promotion-chasing Leeds trail at play-off hopefuls Coventry through in-form Ellis Simms' 14th goal since the turn of the year.

  10. HALF-TIMEpublished at 15:53 British Summer Time 6 April

    Leicester 1-1 Birmingham

Leicester seemed to be heading towards the half-time break as league leaders, but Jay Stansfield punished Foxes goalkeeper Mads Hermansen for a bad mistake on the ball to put Birmingham level just before the interval.

  11. HALF-TIMEpublished at 15:52 British Summer Time 6 April

    Middlesbrough 1-0 Swansea

Chances have been at a premium so far, but Emmanuel Latte Lath made his one true sight of goal count just before the break to put Middlesbrough ahead.

  12. HALF-TIMEpublished at 15:52 British Summer Time 6 April

    QPR 0-0 Sheff Wed

Nothing doing in this so far.

Sheffield Wednesday have probably just about shaded it and, four games without a win and second bottom, need to make it count.

  13. HALF-TIMEpublished at 15:51 British Summer Time 6 April

    Stoke 0-1 West Brom

Stoke City have dominated for large parts at home to West Bromwich Albion, but find themselves behind at the break.

A seventh goal in 13 games in a West Brom shirt for Mikey Johnston has been the difference maker.

  14. League Two updatepublished at 15:51 British Summer Time 6 April

    #bbcefl

No one wants that seventh place in League Two, do they?!

With Morecambe and Walsall already behind, Gillingham and Harrogate are also now losing.

Brad Halliday has put Bradford 1-0 up against the Gills, and Notts County are on the way to a first home win in 2024 against Harrogate.

Paul Glatzel's fifth goal in six games for Swindon has doubled the Robins' lead at Barrow.

  15. HALF-TIMEpublished at 15:50 British Summer Time 6 April

    Watford 0-0 Preston

Very little to write home about at Vicarage Road, where it remains 0-0.

Watford have had much of the possession, but the majority of chances have come for Preston, who could do with a win in their quest to close the gap on the top six.

  16. HALF-TIMEpublished at 15:50 British Summer Time 6 April

    Blackburn 0-0 Southampton

There have been chances at both ends, but it remains all square at Ewood Park.

  17. HALF-TIMEpublished at 15:50 British Summer Time 6 April

    Sunderland 0-0 Bristol City

It is half-time at the Stadium of Light where it remains goalless between mid-table sides Sunderland and Bristol City.

Sunderland have knocked on the door a few times. Dan Ballard and Dan Neil have had chances saved and Adil Aouchiche has also been denied by the crossbar.

  18. HALF-TIMEpublished at 15:49 British Summer Time 6 April

    Huddersfield 0-0 Millwall

Nothing separates these two sides in the battle of relegation rivals.

I doubt either of them would settle for a point today.

  19. 'Leicester caught out'published at 15:49 British Summer Time 6 April

    Leicester 1-1 Birmingham

    Daz Hale
    ±«Óãtv Radio WM Sport

It's all about chasing lost causes.

Leicester tried to play it around the back way too much and got caught out.

What a turning point that could be. It was an absolute gift which isn't likely to happen again in Stansfield's career!

  20. HALF-TIMEpublished at 15:49 British Summer Time 6 April

    Cardiff 0-2 Hull City

So far, so very good for Hull City and two-goal Fabio Carvalho.

A win today would boost their very slim play-off hopes.
