But he then skies the final delivery and is caught at long-on.

±«Óãtv Radio NewcastleThe new ball did the trick from a Durham perspective as Derbyshire lost their last three wickets for three runs in 3.1 overs after its introduction.
Matt Salisbury bowled Fynn Hudson-Prentice for 12 with his third delivery with the new ball and in the next over Chris Rushworth got his sixth of the innings, when Sam Conners popped a dolly to Alex Lees at mid-wicket and fell for a fifth ball duck.
Harvey Hosein had reached 63 by that point and in his three previous half-centuries this season he'd remained unbeaten. Not this time. He edged Salisbury to David Bedingham at the start of the next over and Derbyshire were all out for 267 and trailed Durham by 208. But having bowled 84 overs the hosts decided not to enforce the follow-on.
Rushworth ended up with 6-58. He now has 519 first-class wickets for Durham and is second to Graham Onions who has 527.
