After his professional rugby career was cut short by injury, Rex first foray into agricultural work was in partnership with his brother Toby rearing geese and keeping hens for their Upper Class Eggs brand.
Both of these early ventures were short-lived but with a strong work ethic and determination to succeed Rex has slowly but surely built a pig-rearing business. He's found a mentor in Neil whose herd he took over when Neil became manager at the industrial-scale Berrow Farm pig unit. He also co-runs Rewilding Ambridge.

Nick Barber
Nick was born and brought up in London, where he still lives with his fiancée and daughter. He discovered acting at the age of 12 and six years later won a place at RADA.
He has worked extensively in theatre, film and TV, and has appeared in many computer games too. Nick also loves writing.
