This is Angela’s second stint presenting Getaways with regular presenter Joe Lindsay.

Angela worked as a dancer, a stylist and a journalist before moving into television. She was named ‘One To Watch’ by VOGUE and was cited in The Observers regular ‘Why We’re Watching’ feature as the UK’s new onscreen fashion queen.

Following on from stints on RTE’s Xpose and Off the Rails and a spell giving Tim Lovejoy advice on 'stuff she liked' on Channel 4's Sunday Brunch, she joined RTE's The Movie Show as a reporter and helped singletons find romance in The Love Clinic. Her first documentary “Oi Ginger!" was broadcast in 2013 and last year her documentary series, “Full Frontal” took on subjects that are often considered taboo or sensitive.

Angela is always ready to throw herself head first into the next challenge.

Over the past couple of years she has interviewed a whole raft of weird but mostly wonderful folk including Kanye West, Christian Louboutin, Bob Geldof, Chris O’Dowd and more.
