His main influences are Delta and Chicago blues from Hendrix to Stevie Ray Vaughan, alongside Billy Bragg and Pink Floyd.
Tom began playing the guitar aged 12, learning to play 'skateboarding music' and recorded his first demos on an 8-track while playing gigs at village hall and school talent contests.
His first studio experience came at the age of 15 and just one year later, he swapped the guitar for a box of screwdrivers and became an engineer in the British Army.
For six years, Tom served in the military and now works as a secondary school teacher in Oxford.
“Beautiful songs with deep lyrics and catchy melodies” - Andrew Marston.
The Earl has sunk
The owners of the boat are in contact with their insurers and the Canal and Rivers Trust are looking into how it happened.
Part of their investigation will also involve raising the Earl out of the river.
National success
Nico Michael won the Now That's Entertainment showcase after taking part in the grand finals in Brighton.
The event itself has been described as the online version of Britain’s Got Talent, where people enter videos of themselves singing, that culminates in a live performance.

Under its former name, The Top Spot Ballroom, the venue was popular for bands in the late '60s and throughout the '70s.
The Beatles were booked to play there for £35.
Van Morrison, The Kinks, The Move and Fleetwood Mac have all also played the venue.
Pink Floyd, however,!

Worcester Christmas Lights
Since 2005,we've broadcast more than 1,000 sessions, helping to showcase some of our area's most talented musicians to a massive audience.
We’ve handpicked some of our favourite acts to join us to switch on Worcester’s Christmas Lights!
Not only is this a fantastic opportunity for the musicians we’ve selected (who didn’t even know they were being considered for this incredible gig!), but also a chance for Worcester to see the amazing talent we have right here on our doorstep. As always, we also hope this will also inspire other musicians to share their music with us.
The event, this year, moves from the Guildhall to the newly-revamped Cathedral Square under the statue of Sir Edward Elgar. The recording and switch-on takes place on Thursday, 22 November with these festive sessions being broadcast throughout December.
