A letter is about to be sent to thousands of people on incapacity benefit in both Burnley and Aberdeen. It will tell them that they'll be required to attend new medical assessments if they want to keep claiming.

Many - if not most - of them will end up on the less generous Job Seeker's Allowance instead.

This will all get rolled out nationwide next year - when millions will be affected.
