How much should students pay towards their university degrees in England?

Next week, Lord Browne will deliver his report on the subject. But in the end, the Coalition Government will have to decide.

Today we hear that one option - a pure tax on graduates - has been taken OFF the table. And that may disappoint both Lib Dem party members who have always liked the idea.
