Journey to Leicester

Leicester is one of Britain’s most multicultural cities; more than 25% of its population originate from South Asia. We follow the story of two of the city’s South Asian inhabitants from India to Leicester, through their own recollections, and the words of their daughter Sonali. As a second generation Indian, Sonali is proud of her parents achievements, in spite the hurdles faced by them.
