Gregynog - Sisters' Bequest to a Nation

Early in the 20th Century, Gregynog was bought by sisters Gwendolyn and Margaret Davies, who, guided by their charitable ideals and benevolent family, and in the tradition of the Arts and Crafts movement, intended to develop a craft and conference centre in the heart of the Welsh countryside.
