First comment; been reading the blogs by Frasier for about 4 months now and i thought i'd join :)
I like this song; I don't think its as good as the other songs he's released, but I agree with the review, 4 stars. I predict a top ten hit for Chipmunk!

Allow me to be the first to welcome you to the merry old land of ChartBlog. For future reference, it's 'Fraser', not Frasier, he gets kinda angry about some things, and I'm pedantic, so yeah. Welcome.


Chipmunk does do the cocky thing well in videos and such, but not in the media or on't telly. Needs to take 'The Public Arrogance Course by Noel Gallagher; Mondays and Wednesdays at Burnage Civic Hall' to get the full Gallagher swagger goin on in the '10s. Although some aforementioned people are much more talented than others, in ones personal opinion...





*By the way, there is no such arrogance course, please don't go to burnage civic hall and accidentally sit in a meeting about hard drugs.

Chipmunk is cool. his arrogance in his tracks are always quite funny, i particularly love "with a face like mine, how the hell could i be camera shy?". excellent.

This track is good to. agree with 4 stars. i thought it was a bit samey when i first heard it, but i still enjoy it when i hear it and has grown on me more.

jonesy, maybe you should hold the course for lil Chip diddy chip and any others in need of public arrogance lessons

If he calls himself chip diddy chip then I can do no more for him.

NO-ONE needs to be like Noel Gallagher, that's why everyone hates him, it's nice to know Chipmunk is good at being someone he's not, acting skills maaaate.

'Chip Diddy Chip' was awful, really awful, but by 'Oopsy Daisy' I could tell he was going to be fairly big in the business. But the most annoying thing about this guy is how he raps, and sometimes sounds like a record slowing down, deepening and slurring the sound. Oh, and that annoying little chuckle he does.

But this song, it's good for about ten seconds and then it just falls flacid, really it's got some of his best lyrics in it yet the beat sounds repetative and Esmeé Denters doesn't really give her best vocal performance to date now, does she?

Mind you, the middle eight is VERY GOOD.

I'd give it 3 stars.

Cant say everybody hates him, a lot of people, including me, think he's a legend of British music. I dont think Chipmunk can compete on the same level in terms of talent, popularity and skill. But hey , give me a ring when chipmunk writes Definitely Maybe or (WTS) Morning Glory...

Nah I agree completely, Chipmunk isn't in the same league as Oasis.

I like Oasis, but I hate Liam Gallagher, so their music is great, but they're not, it's not the first time I think about an artist this way for the record.

My favourite Oasis record is 'The Importance Of Being Idle'. Very good hook.

There is no contentment here , ONLY a lot of despair .

In it , his female counterpart has hurt him again , crushed Chip's heart in the palm of her hand , said she has to go , because all she will do is hurt him again !!

How much hurt can Chip suffer ?
Our boy is NOT content ! Far from it .

She says she don't wanna hurt him , that's why HE has to go !
There is destruction like fire , ALL around him , that is WHY he has to go . This girl is a self - confessed walking disaster .

Oh yeah, Liams a ****, no question. Noel, however, is not. He's the talented one ;)

His chuckle isn't in the same league of annoying as "nana niiii".. but it's still up there on the list of "annoying things popstars do on several records in an attempt to make continuity, actually resulting in discontentment".

...and "Beluga Heights" is also inserted into Jason Derulo and Iyaz songs. What is with producers having shout-outs on their songs. Why don't they just stay in the background like they should?

Baby is a modern classic . :) :) :)

Chipmunks songs and Chipmumks music videos are always so catchy that even if you want to hate them you cannot! lol As you always find yourself humming them or singing them in the shower etc. And like all of his other songs this one sounds like a sure fire smash hit. He has such a big fan base too and so im sure they will be out to buy his records in force. I was watching some of Chipmunks music videos on and he has a real charisma in front of the camera too especially for such a young artist. So I am sure his career will go from strength to strength. Its also great to see such a positive role model for kids too.
