An animated film trailer about a couple on a speed date. With only one minute on the clock, everything seems to be going well as the young woman quizzes her date about where he lives, what there is to do in his area and what his hobbies are. When she suggests that they go to a local restaurant to savour her favourite meal, his dark secret is finally revealed.

Show the pupils the video without subtitles and sound and get them to predict what it is about, using visuals only. Pupils could write down the questions that they would ask someone on a speed date, then as a role play ask a partner to answer their questions. Pupils could also give a presentation on their hometown, using the structures covered in the film.
