General safeguarding and welfare advice

Looking after your welfare at the event is really important to us, that’s why in addition to security and medical teams, we also have welfare teams throughout the festival to support both under and over 18s.

Our welfare teams provide you with assistance and care should you need it.

Need some time out?

We have designated welfare tents and a quiet area. The welfare area is staffed by professionals who can offer support for a number of specific concerns in addition to provision for general well-being.

It’s really important to be prepared for a big event especially if this is your first time attending a festival.

You can watch the video below for helpful tips and advice.
