Prepare to get ACTIVE! Join us for an interactive PE and PSHE/Health and Wellbeing lesson for 5-11 year-olds which will get your pupils moving, celebrate the fun of physical activity and teach them about the connection between their bodies and their minds.

Olympians the Brownlee brothers surprise children at a sports summer camp and set them a physical challenge to show how movement can support mental health and wellbeing.

In the studio, presenter Ben Shires and teacher Mr Brown are joined by scientist Greg Foot to show just how important it is to fuel our bodies in the right way, and they investigate the energy content of different foods… by setting them alight!

Olympic weightlifting silver medallist Emily Campbell also talks about her experience in the Tokyo Olympics, as well as answering viewer questions.
