This harvest-themed Live Lesson looks at where food comes from and how it reaches our tables. We explore seasonality, distribution and how family traditions are passed down on our plates.

±«Óătv One’s '±«Óătv Cook Hero' Suzie Lee joins our presenter Mwaksy Mudenda in the studio to share one of her favourite family recipes and helps us to create a delicious and nutritious meal using autumnal produce.

Gardener 'green-fingered George' harvests home-grown veggies in his garden, and shows us what we can plant now to harvest in the winter.

We also go behind the scenes at a food factory to learn how they make soup on a massive scale and how what they make finds its way from the field to your supermarket.
