  5. Dons denied opening Plough Lane winpublished at 21:41 Greenwich Mean Time 3 November 2020

    League One full-time scores

A stoppage-time leveller from James Coppinger has earned Doncaster a deserved point and denied AFC Wimbledon victory on a night they returned to Plough Lane, as a dramatic game ends 2-2. Joe Pigott netted both of the hosts' goals.

Meanwhile, the other late League One kick-off has finished goalless between Northampton and Milton Keynes Dons.

And that's all 22 games in League One and League Two done and dusted.

    Job done for Cardiff City.

They are off the mark with a first home win this season. It's a first defeat for Barnsley boss Valerien Ismael after wins from his first two matches.

Junior Hoilett, Joe Ralls and Harry Wilson with the goals for the hosts.

  7. INJURY TIMEpublished at 21:37 Greenwich Mean Time 3 November 2020

    Cardiff City 3-0 Barnsley

    Into three minutes' stoppage time.

Kieffer Moore almost rounds the night off with a fourth Cardiff goal but his effort when played through is well saved by Jack Walton's legs.

    Blackburn 0-0 Middlesbrough

Blackburn have been better this half but Boro are putting pressure on the Rovers defence.

They're standing firm though as we go into five minutes of added time.

  9. Postpublished at 21:32 Greenwich Mean Time 3 November 2020

    Cardiff City 3-0 Barnsley

Last five minutes plus stoppages as Cardiff make a final change introducing Will Vaulks for Joe Ralls.

A routine and very welcome victory this will be for the Bluebirds.

  10. CLOSE!published at 21:30 Greenwich Mean Time 3 November 2020

    Blackburn 0-0 Middlesbrough

The corner comes in but no one deals with it as it takes a bounce towards the far post and Dael Fry nods it wide for Middlesbrough.

I think he may have seen that late.

AFC Wimbledon retake the lead with seven minutes left of their long-awaited return to Plough Lane, as Joe Pigott gets his second of the night against Doncaster. It's 2-1.

  12. FULL-TIMEpublished at 21:27 Greenwich Mean Time 3 November 2020

    Sunderland 2-1 Ipswich

    Sunderland celebrateImage source, Rex Features

Ipswich won't be happy about the decision to send Andre Dozzell off with 16 minutes left, nor the awarding of the penalty from which Grant Leadbitter has won this game late on, but the Tractor Boys stay second in League One and Sunderland remain sixth.

  13. goal

GOAL: Cardiff City 3-0 Barnsleypublished at 21:22 Greenwich Mean Time 3 November 2020

    Harry Wilson (77 mins)

What a strike this is and that is game, set and match for Cardiff City.

Harry Wilson fires a left-foot effort from 20 yards out that finds the top right corner.

Neat ball in too from Joe Ralls to set him up.

  14. Postpublished at 21:20 Greenwich Mean Time 3 November 2020

    Cardiff City 2-0 Barnsley

Moving towards the last 15 minutes here and Cardiff looking on course for a first home win of the season.

Conor Chaplin fires a free-kick narrowly off target for Barnsley but they have just failed to find a spark throughout so far.

  15. Postpublished at 21:17 Greenwich Mean Time 3 November 2020

    Blackburn 0-0 Middlesbrough

Better from Blackburn, they're enjoying more of the ball since that chance.

It's more of a contest now.

  16. Sunderland lead 10-man Ipswichpublished at 21:16 Greenwich Mean Time 3 November 2020

    League One latest

Grant Leadbitter has put Sunderland 2-1 up on Ipswich from the penalty spot, after the ball struck Mark McGuinness' arm in the area. There was nothing McGuinness could do... That feels a bit harsh again on the visitors who went down to 10 men just 12 minutes earlier, but Sunderland have created more chances.

There are around five minutes left at the Stadium of Light.

  18. CLOSE!published at 21:10 Greenwich Mean Time 3 November 2020

    Blackburn 0-0 Middlesbrough

Against the run of play and Blackburn are so close to taking the lead.

Joe Rankin-Costello flashes the ball across the face of goal and both Ben Brereton and Sam Gallagher are unable to reach it.

If either of them make it it's a goal.

  19. Postpublished at 21:09 Greenwich Mean Time 3 November 2020

    Cardiff City 2-0 Barnsley

Barnsley still pressing in this one and Patrick Schmidt almost gives them a way back into it.

He heads towards goal from a cross by Callum Styles and it forces Alex Smithies to tip it over his crossbar.

The Tykes unable to make the following corner count though as Cardiff clear their lines.

  20. RED CARD - Ipswichpublished at 21:08 Greenwich Mean Time 3 November 2020

    League One latest

Ipswich will have to spend the final 15 minutes of their late kick-off at Sunderland with 10 men, after Andre Dozzell was shown a straight red card for a challenge on Grant Leadbitter. Arguably it looks a bit harsh on the Tractor Boys, that one. Still 1-1.
