    Seven games into the Championship season and Reading are five points clear at the top.

    Veljko Paunovic's men eased to a 3-0 win over Rotherham thanks to a double from Yakou Meite and one from Lucas Joao.

    Watford and Bournemouth shared the points in the game's early kick-off after a late, late leveller from Chris Mepham and Bristol City needed a penalty from Nahki Wells to draw 1-1 with Swansea City.

    At the bottom, Sheffield Wednesday remain on -4 points after a defeat by Luton and Wycombe are still pointless after a late 2-1 defeat at Wycombe.

    In League One, Lincoln went top with a 1-0 win over Ipswich and Newport lead the way in League Two after a thumping 3-0 win at Bradford City.
