Millwall and Luton Town have both made solid starts to the season.

The Lions have lost just one of their opening five games, and came from behind to win at newly-promoted Wycombe on Saturday.

Luton head into this game one point and one place above the south-east Londoners in the early table, with three wins and two defeats to their name.

The Hatters remain without top scorer James Collins, who tested positive for coronavirus and is self-isolating.

Both clubs have scored five goals and conceded four, so it could be a tight encounter in Bermondsey.

The Den would usually be rocking for a game like this, given the historic rivalry between the clubs, but fans remain absent during the coronavirus pandemic.

Carlos Corberan seems to have finally found his feet at Huddersfield Town.

The former assistant to Leeds boss Marcelo Bielsa lost his first two league games in charge of the Terriers, but has since recorded two wins in a three-match unbeaten spell.

Visitors Derby County are not enjoying the best of times.

The Rams have lost four of their five games, and would be in the relegation zone but for Sheffield Wednesday's point deduction.

Head coach Phillip Cocu remains convinced that results will come - but fail to win tonight and the pressure will grow on the former Netherlands international.

And Derby will be without Wayne Rooney for three games, with England's record goalscorer self-isolating until 29 October.

A Joe Wright own goal has put League One leaders Ipswich ahead at Doncaster.

Blackpool are down to 10 men against Charlton - James Husband sent off after just two minutes.

And veteran striker Cameron Jerome has scored again for MK Dons, who are 1-1 at Oxford after 20 minutes.

Coventry City have won just once since their return to the Championship, following an eight-year absence which saw them spend a year in League Two.

The Sky Blues are now three games without a win, following back-to-back defeats against Bournemouth and Brentford.

But their sole victory came in a "home" match, and sometimes one forgets that Mark Robins' side are playing at St Andrew's while their dispute over tenancy at the Ricoh Arena continues.

Tonight's visitors Swansea City look like they will mount another promotion challenge, having snuck into the top six on the final day of last season but lost in the play-off semi-finals.

Steve Cooper's men suffered their first defeat of the season at the weekend, losing 2-1 against Huddersfield at the Liberty Stadium.

All has been going well for Bristol City since Dean Holden was appointed head coach.

He took eight points from five games at the end of last season after replacing Lee Johnson, and the Robins have made an unbeaten start to the new campaign and sit top of the fledgling table.

It could have been maximum points this season, but for conceding a 102nd-minute penalty at Barnsley on Saturday which meant City had to settle for a 2-2 draw.

Middlesbrough make the trip to Ashton Gate on the back of a four-match unbeaten league run - although Neil Warnock's men have drawn three of those games.

The 12 games in League Two have a similar split, but this time with three games kicking off at 19:45.

Bradford v Walsall, Grimsby v Harrogate and Salford v Southend all start at the traditional midweek time.

Paul Scholes continues in interim charge at Salford, having lost his first game 1-0 at Port Vale on Saturday - when the Ammies missed a penalty.

Cheltenham lead Scunthorpe 1-0 at half-time in the earliest kick-off, while Morecambe are 1-1 with Mansfield on the half hour mark.

A further seven matches got under way at 19:00 BST - Ian Evatt's Bolton are already two goals down at his former club Barrow, while leaders Cambridge have taken an early lead against Port Vale.

There's a full programme in League One today, with staggered kick-off times keeping us on our toes.

Shrewsbury started against Bristol Rovers at 18:00 BST, with Gillingham's game at home against Portsmouth beginning half an hour later.

Rovers lead 1-0 at the break against the Shrews, while Pompey have raced into a 2-0 lead at Priestfield.

Eight games followed at 19:00, with Lee Bowyer taking his Charlton side to Blackpool.

Burton v Rochdale and Northampton v Swindon both kick off at 19:45.

There are seven games in the second tier this evening, with unbeaten top two Bristol City and Reading both in action.

There are seven games in the Championship to come, with six of those kicking off in 45 minutes' time.

The top two, Bristol City and Reading, are looking to extend their unbeaten starts, while new Nottingham Forest boss Chris Hughton takes charge of his first home game.

Meanwhile, the action is already under way in League One and League Two.
