A Christmas Pudding
It's that time of year again!

Stir-up Sunday is at the end of this week, the day that it is traditional for people to make their Christmas puddings. So if you're going for a home-made version, it's time to start thinking about ingredients. FoodÌýcolumnist for the Daily Telegraph Rose Prince will be making a version with an interesting modern twist of grated pumpkin and apple for extra moistness and NO mixed peel. And food historian Caroline Yeldham explores the history of a pudding that has its roots in medieval times and was originally made with meat.
