Chef Anjum Anand creates some sweet treats.

This Saturday is Diwali, the festival of light. It has always been the most exciting time of year for TV chef Anjum Anand. She continues her Hindu family tradition of filling her house with candles, flowers, and dish after dish of rich, sumptuous food to share with friends and relatives. She shows Jenni how to create some special Diwali sweets called Sandesh and explains why most Indian food is easier to prepare and healthier than people think.
