Heston Blumenthal
Travels back in time toÌýmythical culinary worlds to create a Victorian Feast

Heston Blumenthal is one of Britain's best known chefs, and his restaurant The Fat Duck has twice been voted the Best Restaurant in the World. But he is entirely self-taught and his success has been borne out of his pure obsession, endless invention and a childish curiosity into how things work. In his latest television series he travels back in time to historic and mythical culinary worlds to discover if the future of food lies in the stories of our past. He joins Jane to talk about creating dishes such as Trojan Hog with edible intestines and ejaculating cakes.

Heston’s Victorian Feast begins on Channel 4 tonight at 9pm
