Lunchboxes
Making your own lunch to beat the credit crunch

With the country entering recession, and lunches costing approx. £5 a day, more people are taking their own food to work: it is now fashionable to pack yourself a lunchbox. But what should you include? And how can you maintain variety? Sheila is joined by nutritionist, Fiona Hunter; and Chef and restaurateur, Thomasina Miers to find inspirational ideas for healthy/ nutritious/cheap lunches to avoid those plain cheese sandwiches!
