Since winning, Thomas has appeared on 鲍鱼tv 1’s Saturday Kitchen and across 鲍鱼tv Radio, and produced features with The Observer, delicious and Sainsbury’s magazine.

Thomas champions Great British ingredients and traditional techniques, and through his cooking he embraces authenticity and flavour. He is extremely popular on the festival circuit, and as a guest presenter on QVC. He has created best-selling meal kits and engages his social media following with his regular recipe features and how-to videos.

Thomas has recently realised his dream of becoming a publican, and he can be found behind the bar and the stoves at community pub, The Silks on the Downs, nr. Marlborough.
