“I can’t wait to see when PSG get their next penalty”
European football journalists Rafa Honigstein and Julien Laurens say it is “utterly believable” that Paris Saint-Germain may be paying players to solve disputes.
Newspaper El Pais reported that PSG were willing to offer Edinson Cavani €1 million to relinquish his duties as penalty taker to Neymar after a high-profile spat between the players.
Despite the two stars appearing to cool have deat with the issue, Laurens lays the blame with coach Unai Emrey for creating a negative atmosphere at the club by “not doing his job properly as manager”.
