A Droitwich band, who've had massive success in Germany, are back on tour in Europe.

V2A, from Ombersley, are supporting Austian band Nachtmahr.

The group, who headlined a Mad Max-themed festival in the Californian desert last summer have just been confirmed to play again, along with a similar gig in Poland this July.

A Herefordshire duo, who made a drunken bet on New Year's Eve to write a song together, are supporting X Factor winner Sam Bailey tonight - after sending their music into ±«Óãtv Introducing.

OMYO - which stands for Our Music, Your Opinion - hit the ground running after their debut single was featured on a New Look TV advert and their first gig was at the Wireless Festival supporting Drake.

Will Graydon and Tom McCorkell have just finished their debut video shoot in New York City, are currently producing the soundtrack to a Hollywood movie and have just been signed by Elton John and Taylor Swift's booking agency.

This week, they also did their debut gig abroad - and spoke toÌýus from Berlin.

A Redditch musician, who's originally from France, says she's overwhelmed with her success after moving here barely being able to speak English.

Celine Dommart, who was born in the same Parisian hospital as Edith Piaf, performs songs in French, English, Spanish and Italian.

Having originally come here to study, she's since teamed up with two local musicians she met at a performing arts festival and will be headlining the Coach House Theatre in Malvern on Friday with her band Montparnasse.

This month's sessions were recorded at the White Lion, in Leominster, which has been hosting a variety of events since being taken over by landlord Mervyn O'Mahony five years ago.

The bands he regularly puts on are similar to The Kings of Leon, Snow Patrol and The Stereophonics, and often come from all over the country to play.

He says: "It's good to see young people coming together and meeting people in pubs," which is what he aims to do with The White Lion.

Steve Soden, who was living in London, made an appeal on ±«Óãtv Hereford & Worcester when he moved to our area for actors and extras to appear in his music video - and says the county has welcomed him with open arms.
