Born out of a love for playing and recording, Halcyon came into being when Tom Rean decided to start showing the world his music.
Ìý
Soon after, Ed Williams came along and his alternative influences led to where Halcyon is today.
Ìý
After some time, Tom added his brother, David, into the mix - bringing his love of EDM and Dubstep to the mix.
Ìý
Then, just two weeks before performing at the Nozstock Festival, Ross Barnes joined on bass.
Worcester Music Festival
3 days, 200 bands, 20 venues and thousands of music fans; organisers of this year's Worcester Music Festival say this was their most successful event yet.
Ìý
The idea of bringing as many venues together, to host live music, began nine years ago with the aim of making the city known for more than just sauce.
Ìý
Since then, they've gone on to raise thousands of pounds for local charities, with this year's benefactor being Acorns Children's Hospice.
Mad Max
An electro band, from Ombersley near Droitwich, are playing one of the biggest gigs of their lives tonight when they headline a Mad Max festival in the Arizona desert.
Ìý
V2A, who are relatively unknown in the UK, have had major success across Europe and regularly tour across Germany.
Ìý
Wasteland Weekender is inspired by the film franchise, based on post-apocalyptic America.
Ìý
Festival goers are providing the band with their own war vehicle - like in the movie - and will be living with a tribe before taking to the main stage.

±«Óãtv Introducing at Nozstock: The Hidden Valley
Ìý
5,000 people turn up, every year, for three days of music, comedy and theatre, which started off as a family barbecue back in 1998.
Ìý
This month, hear our ±«Óãtv Introducing stage takeover as we headed up to Rowden Paddocks just off the B4214.
Live in Hyde Park
British singer-songwriter Andreya Triana grew up in London, but it was a move away from friends and her old life to Worcester at the age of 14 that cemented her relationship with music, as the teenage Triana immersed herself in the work of Lauryn Hill, Bill Withers and the Jackson 5.
Ìý
Since those days, she has made two albums of her own, sung on top 10 single 'Everything You Never Had (We Had It All)' and been nominated for a MOBO award.
Ìý
In 2009 she performed on the ±«Óãtv Introducing stage at Glastonbury, returning to play again at the festival in 2015.
Ìý
The second half of 2016 will bring new music, more live appearances and - of course - a performance at Radio 2's Festival in a Day.
Monthly roadshows
Ìý
Since the beginning of 2011, we've taken our ±«Óãtv Introducing show out on-the-road to various areas across our patch to bring people a flavour of the local music scene.
Ìý
Every month, we rock up at a different venue with a pile of microphones, cables and recording equipment along with several vans full of enthusiastic musicians!
Ìý
As well as the bands being able to invite an audience, we also bring along a number of music industry professionals to comment on the live acts.
Ìý
We tend to host our sessions on evenings/weekends is because it's normally a quiet time for venues - so effectively you get a free gig curated with the best bands (from the thousands who have submitted their music to us), full tech provided, plusÌýÌý- so effectively you just need to open your doors!
