The perfect classical half hour

Take time out with a 30-minute soundscape of classical music, with music by Mozart, William Grant Still and Sigur Ros.

Tonight's mix starts with recycled Bach, one of his famous solo violin Partita movements that he exploded into a setting for full orchestra, with sparkling trumpets and thunderous drums. We pass through a piece by Dvorak with a part for harmonium, some serene Mozart, a Sigur Ros song arranged for strings, and finally returning to Bach.
