Funeral Directors say people must not delay holding funerals while lockdown restrictions are in place. Some families have been putting off services while there are limits on the numbers of mourners who can attend services. Funeral directors are also urging the public to help mourners grieve by bringing back an old tradition of stopping in the street if they see a hearse or funeral car go by, as a way of paying respects.

As we go into our fourth week of lockdown, the charity Alcohol Research UK, says it's concerned how much more alcohol people are drinking. Sales of alcohol have increased by around 20%, and the charity says it is getting more than three times as many requests for support on it's website.

And what can book sales tell us about how people are feeling at the moment? We speak to the award-winning chick lit author Nicola May about how her writing is more popular than ever as people seek out books to escape.
