One of the UK's largest debt charities says it experienced its busiest ever day on its website in March. Stepchange had 700 thousand separate visits over the course of the month - up almost fifty percent year on year. We'll hear from a woman who's struggling to pay her debts after losing her job, and speak to Stepchange about the challenges its facing.

With so few people travelling to work, many commuters aren't using their rail season tickets.
In March the government promised that commuters would receive a refund if they choose to stay at home during the Coronavirus outbreak. But while thousands of refunds have been processed, the Association of British Commuters says some people are being short changed. We'll get a response from the Rail Delivery Group who represent the train companies too.

And like many small businesses, hairdressers have closed their doors.
But apart from cuts and colours, they also have a lot of older clients - people who can't wash their own hair and get regular shampoo and sets. We'll speak to someone who's struggling with that and get her some advice.
