It's the shortest day - are you feeling tired, run-down, fed up of the cold and dark weather, stressed, choked with the cold, hectic at work and fed up of Xmas already?! Iain Bell, Director of the Executive Fitness Foundation, talks about the "Bartenders Manifesto", a well-being web portal which aims to educate bar staff to share knowledge about alcohol with their customers. Using links, tips, apps and experience the idea is to help create a new alcohol culture for all. Iain also offers advice on what to eat and drink before going out and how to get your body back on track the next day, nutrition-wise and fitness-wise.
