Should people be forced to retire at 65?

Graham Stewart takes your calls on the European Court challenge to the right of employers to make people retire at 65.

The European Court will decide this morning whether it's legal for employers in Britain to force people to retire when they reach a certain age. Age Concern is challenging UK laws, which since 2006 have allowed employers to compel workers to retire at 65. Is this unfair to older people, or is it right that employers should have free choice to clear the way for younger people? Have you been forced to retire against your will?

Graham Stewart takes your calls, texts and emails.
