Lesley Riddoch and the Scotch Myths

Lesley Riddoch explores popular conceptions of Scottishness. 7/13. This week we will be finding out if Glasgow is Miles Better.

Scotch Myths marks 300 years of the Treaty of Union with Lesley Riddoch exploring popular ideas of Scottishness. Are the Scots more mean, better educated, bigger lovers of equality than our partners in the union? Lesley will try to find evidence of each myth in an unsuspecting Scottish town, while co-presenter Paul Stokes arms himself with facts, and bagfuls of English scepticism to try and scotch every myth Lesley presents.

7/13. This week they will be finding out if Glasgow is Miles Better.
