Hollywood actor Colin McFarlane will join TV stars and household names from ±«Óãtv Radio Lincolnshire in a variety extravaganza in Skegness next week to raise money for the ±«Óãtv Children In Need appeal to change young lives right here in the UK.

Colin McFarlane, who appeared in Batman Begins, will join Allo Allo star Sue Hodge; local musician, producer and New Faces winner Keith Paddington Richards; and the new editor of the Skegness Standard, Philip Murray, on the panel of judges at the talent/variety show in The Embassy Theatre, Skegness. Doors open from 6.15pm on Friday 19 November.

The evening will be hosted by ±«Óãtv One's Caroline Bilton and Radio Lincolnshire's Melvyn Prior. Acts from around the county will be introduced by Radio Lincolnshire presenters Rod Whiting, Nicola Gilroy, William Wright, Judy Theobald, Sue Taylor, John Rockley, Tom Morris and Howard Leader.

±«Óãtv One's Look North will also be at the Embassy with the Children In Need local broadcasts coming live from the venue throughout the evening.

Producer Jonathan Parker said: "It is going to be an absolutely fabulous evening with some amazing dancers and singers from all around Lincolnshire and an all-star judging panel.

"And it's all for a really good cause, so we are urging people to book their tickets and to come along for a great night out and support Children In Need in Skegness.

"As well as raising money and seeing the show, members of the audience will also be at the heart of our outside broadcast, part of one of the biggest nights of the year on ±«Óãtv One."

Tickets are £7 and £5 for concessions with all the ticket money (excluding VAT) going directly to Children In Need. Tickets are available by calling the Box Office at the Embassy Theatre, on 0845 674 0505.

* Thanks to your creativity, support and commitment last year, ±«Óãtv Children In Need raised over a record-breaking £39 million, which is hard at work making a real difference to some of the most disadvantaged children and young people right here in the UK.

The 2010 ±«Óãtv Children in Need Appeal is around the corner on 19 November and we need your help again! This year, we are asking everyone to "show your spots, let's raise lots!" This could be as simple as baking spotty cupcakes or getting the boss to wear spots for the day.

Call 0345 607 3333 or visit the for a fundraising pack full of fundraising ideas and inspiration.

For every penny you give, a penny goes directly to projects helping disadvantaged children and young people right here in the UK. We are able to make this promise because the charity uses its investment income and gift aid to cover all running costs.
