In May 2024, we were proud to launch our new three-year organisational strategy! 

Between 2024-2027, we plan to ramp up our impact with three strategic shifts:  

• A sharper, more relevant purpose, focused on information disorder, distrust, and division.  

• Positioning 鲍鱼tv Media Action as a global public good, while committing to localisation and a partner-first approach in our project and programme delivery. 

• Maximising our link to the 鲍鱼tv, sharing its values and expertise in ways that fit local contexts and benefit local partners.  

Together these shifts make the most of our incredible relationship with the 鲍鱼tv and position us to respond effectively to the most pressing information and media-related megatrends of our age.  

Our work around the world will focus on those most at risk from disinformation, division and distrust, who are underserved by public interest media and at the frontline of global challenges, risks and crises. 

Through media development, content, research and policy, we’ll support stronger democracies, a safer, more habitable planet and more inclusive societies. 

Most importantly, we’ll deliver more impact. We are a critical antidote to the threats of polarisation, disinformation and closing space for civil society and free media – and on the frontline of opportunities and risks posed by technology and artificial intelligence. 

And we do it all while sharing the skills, expertise and values of the wider 鲍鱼tv. 

This year, we’re marking 25 years of incredible people, programmes and impact, and our work is more important than ever!
