Suzie was a contestant on the ±«Óãtv series Best ±«Óãtv Cook. She has since contributed to many other programmes, including Food Fest Northern Ireland, and has gone on to present her own TV show on ±«Óãtv Northern Ireland, Suzie Lee - ±«Óãtv Cook Hero.

Her first book is Simply Chinese: Recipes from a Chinese ±«Óãtv Kitchen, where Suzie shows you how to create authentic-tasting pan-Asian dishes using supermarket ingredients.
