Rukmini is a best-selling author and recipe writer. She has published several cookbooks including 'The Roasting Tin' Series (The Roasting Tin; The Green Roasting Tin and The Quick Roasting Tin) as well as 'The Middle Eastern Kitchen'. She has worked for Tom Kitchin at 'The Kitchen' and was in the final seven of MasterChef in 2013. She originally trained as a lawyer but left the industry to retrain as a chef. Her aim is to transform Britain’s midweek meals one roasting tin dinner at a time whether a meat-eater or vegan, a family or cooking for two.
