±«Óãtv National Orchestra and Chorus of Wales with children’s choir Côr y Cwm, perform the world premiere of Speak Out by Kate Whitley. The piece was commissioned by ±«Óãtv Radio 3, and is set to the text of the 2013 UN speech by Malala Yousafzai, about the right of every girl to an education.
