Can I suggest as a solution to the BA bag fiasco that travellers use a golf bag as their second bag. Perhaps a scaled down one would be good, and perhaps with a toy plastic stick or cue or whatever it is golfers use, just to show it is a golf bag.

I would hope that the regulations don't stipulate it has to be an adult golf bag with real clubs...
