Why does the ±«Óãtv insist on calling Conservatives 'Tories'?

Whilst it is acceptable for Labour to disparagingly call Conservatives 'Tories', the ±«Óãtv are supposed to be non-partisan!

Yes and all papers were saying that your Panorama programme is a joke as well!
