What is a Talavera tile?
Talavera is a city (Check your connection, refresh the page and try again.) in central Spain. It has been known since the 15th century for its creative patterns in ceramics. Traditionally hand-painted, no two tiles (Check your connection, refresh the page and try again.) are ever the same.
How do you make one?
You will need:
- an A4 sheet of thin card (Check your connection, refresh the page and try again.)
- a pair of safety scissors (Check your connection, refresh the page and try again.)
- coloured pencils (Check your connection, refresh the page and try again.)
Method:

Colour in (Check your connection, refresh the page and try again.) the tile using lots of different colours (Check your connection, refresh the page and try again.).
