General complaints and appeals
This page explains how you can complain about something that is not:
- an editorial complaint
- a fair trading complaint
- a Digital Switchover Help Scheme complaint
- a ; or
- a complaint relating to the Trust or the Trust Unit
If you want to complain about any other aspect of the ±«Óătv's work or operations, you need to complain first to the ±«Óătv executive via the website.
How to appeal
If you are unhappy with your response from the ±«Óătv Executive you can appeal to the Trust. You can find how to appeal in the Trust's general complaints procedure:
