One of our partners, , has created a 500 Words booklet to help kick-start story writing for this year's competition.

If you are able to share your screen with your class, you can use the slide show below as a fun activity to get your students writing their 500 Words stories. Each slide has fun and creative ways of piecing together their stories, from creating characters to drawing their locations and editing their stories.

You can also print the activity as a booklet, with allocated space for drawing and writing - to use in class or send home with the children. Click the link on the right to download the booklet.
