Maidenhead made it back-to-back wins in the National League with victory over Altrincham.

Adrian Clifton gave the hosts an early lead when he stole the ball off the goalkeeper and tapped into an empty net.

Maidenhead had to wait until the 88th minute to make sure of victory when Shawn McCoulsky capitalised on more poor defending and scored in the bottom corner.

Altrincham are now winless in their opening three league games, while Maidenhead climb to fifth in the early-season table.
