Try to disable and then re-enable the Sonos skill.Ìý
Are you trying to use Google Assistant?Ìý
While Alexa works on Sonos devices which are voice enabled, ±«Óãtv Sounds is not yet supported using Google Assistant. However, we are in discussion with Google and Sonos to find a solution and enable this feature.Ìý
Are you outside the UK?
Currently, ±«Óãtv Sounds in the Sonos controller app is only available to listeners in the UK.
If you are in the UK and unable to find ±«Óãtv Sounds on the Sonos app, your account may not be registered to the UK. You can find out how to check this on theÌý.Ìý

Are you having problems restarting live streams on Sonos S1?
