I have received tickets for a show or event but am unable to use them. How do I let you know?

If you have received tickets for one of our shows or events and are no longer able to use them, you can let us know by clicking the unique cancellation link on your e-ticket(s), which will take you to our online ticket cancellation form.

You can either cancel all your tickets, or just part of your allocation.

We will then be able to re-allocate your tickets to someone else on the waiting list.
