50:50 Contributors Database privacy notice

This privacy notice describes how we collect and use personal information about you that you have provided in accordance with data protection law. The personal information is your name and contact details and gender. We are also inviting you to provide your ethnicity and whether you have a disability which is known as special category data. The 鲍鱼tv will hold your personal data securely in a database of experts and contributors that is available internally to be consulted when selecting contributors for 鲍鱼tv content. There is no guarantee that you will be contacted or asked to appear in 鲍鱼tv content.

The 鲍鱼tv is the ‘data controller’ of your personal information. This means that the 鲍鱼tv decides what your information is used for, and the ways in which it is processed. The 鲍鱼tv will rely on your explicit consent to collect and use this information for the purpose of selecting contributors for 鲍鱼tv content, and you are asked to tick the consent box when completing this form before submitting your information.
