If you would like to request access to the datasets you will first need to agree to the ����tv’s terms of use - there is a separate form for each dataset, one for LRW and one for LRS2.

We’d like you to note the following restrictions in particular:

• The datasets area available to researchers from universities and other reputable academic institutions and relevant public organisations, strictly for non-commercial research . Use is not permitted by commercial organisations.
• The dataset is for your use only. You mustn’t distribute the data to anyone else. If other members of your team wish to have access to the datasets, they'll need to agree to the ����tv’s terms of use by signing a form and emailing it to rob.cooper [at] bbc.co.uk. They will then get their own access password
• The datasets must be held securely and used in line with the ����tv’s terms of use
• When it is time to publish, please contact rob.cooper [at] bbc.co.uk for approval if you’d like to use sample images of the data in your academic paper.
• The ����tv’s permission is for 12 months only. If you would like to carry on using the dataset after 12 months you’ll need to contact the ����tv to request a renewal.

Please download one or both forms, read them, fill them in and indicate your agreement to the terms.  Email them to rob.cooper [at] bbc.co.uk. You must use your official email address for all correspondence. If you are approved you’ll receive a countersigned agreement and a password to download the data.
