We've talked a lot about our technical paper presentations on the blog over the last few days, so today we're turning our attention to more of the work that's showing at IBC on Day 4.
is a drama film we are showing on our stand which has the capability to change its form based on the situation in which it is being viewed. The film is composed of a number of small media objects: video clips, sounds, and sound tracks; and visual filters (grading).
The film played out is a composition of these pieces in real-time in response to the audience situation: the time of day, location and audience characteristics. We are demonstrating a version of the film on a phone app which identifies individual preference profiles which informs the composition of the film, it's pacing, mood, cinematic effects and storyline twists.

A session this morning titled "" looks at how to get people to watch your programme despite a world of digital distractions - and the panel includes speakers from NBCUniversal, Red Bee, Canal+ and ITV, so promises to be full of insight.
