Bi-weekly notes from Internet Research and Future Services section. In this edition Radiodan goes to MakerFaire in Newcastle and the Comma team focus on gender.
On the design side, Andrew W has been working on the UI components for Radiodan, including breakpoints across multiple screen sizes. The team have also been working with our freelance product designer to produce concept radio sketches for the World Service Archive-in-a-Box and Playlister Radio.

The team have been busy writing and reviewing several key project deliverables. Sean, Libby, and Chris N have written a document on Device Discovery, Pairing, and Authentication, Chris N reviewed the document on Synchronisation, and Libby completed the User Scenarios, Use Cases, and Requirements document.
Out and About
Libby and Andrew ran a Radiodan stand at , a 2-day event for hardware hackers, DIYers and garden shed inventors held in Newcastle.
Libby also gave a talk about Radiodan to the (OSHUG)
